Returns & Refunds

 

We are committed to selling only high-quality products but we understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

We will willingly refund or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase and the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Gorgeous Gower Candles are not liable for returns postage cost, unless otherwise agreed.

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible with any concerns or issues. We will then be able to address this in a prompt and efficient manner.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: 

Unfortunately with all hand-made products and as the law of averages works, there will be the very rare occurrence of a faulty or damaged item. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look to rectify the problem immediately. We will always provide the quickest and most appropriate way forward whatever that happens to be for the given situation.
